Zane Export Limited offer to sell food and agro products subject to the condition of sale set below. These terms of sale shall not be invalid or inoperative and shall take precedence and surpass over any other conditions unless specifically agreed in writing by Zane Limited. We reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions at any given time.
All sale by Zane Export Limited will be made on the terms of trade using Incoterms 2010, additional obligation or condition will be legally binding only if agreed upon by Zane Limited and the buyer party in the export contract or sales contract.
All cheques, transfers are made payable to Zane Export Ltd, all invoices to customers with approved credit facilities are subject to 30 days payment from date of consignment arrival at port of destination unless specifically agreed upon. Failure on prompt payment will fall on the appointment of a receiver, liquidator or administrator or any other act of insolvency. Zane Export reserve the right to charge 5% interest on all overdue accounts and will accumulate every month from date of due payment. Zane reserve the right to suspend any further delivery until payment made in full. We accept all major debit and credit card payment.
All orders must be channeled through the website, by requesting for quote specifying the product and all supporting information regarding the product, Zane Limited reserve the right to change quotes for products even after 24hrs of quotes. Zane Export can also be registered as a bidder in an open tender bidding process. All orders must be channeled through the website. All quotes on proforma invoice are subject to change after 24hrs or more before acceptance of offer.
All requests for quotation need be confirmed by Zane Export Limited. Zane Export Limited reserve the right to examine the competence of the prospective buyer from the local consulate office in Nigeria and even necessary agencies in buyer's country of operation. Zane Export Limited reserves the right to ascertain the genuity and authenticity of the request for quote (RFQ).
Zane Export reserve the rights to exhaust all measures in carrying out due diligence on the prospective buyer to avoid fraud in the pre and post order phase.
Zane Export Limited reserves the right to determine the currency of transaction for each contract, this is subject to the buyer's country of operation, foreign exchange rate, international trade regulations between Nigeria and the buyer's country of residence. Upon decidal of currency of transaction, Zane Export reserves the right to agree on the contract currency exchange rate applied.
All deliveries of goods are subject to carriage charges specified by Zane Export Limited.
